Groundworker
Location: Tonbridge
Pay Rate: £19.21 per hour PAYE | £24.53 per hour Umbrella (inclusive of holiday pay)
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Full-Time, Temporary
Start Date: Immediate
Service Care Solutions are working with a reputable Housing Association providing high-quality services across the Tonbridge area.
The role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated ground worker to join our team. You will be responsible for fencing installations and ground preparation work, ensuring every job is completed to a high standard.
Key responsibilities
- Installing various types of fencing, including timber, metal and mesh
- Preparing and maintaining ground surfaces for fencing projects
- Operating machinery and tools safely and efficiently
- Following health and safety guidelines on site
- Driving to and from job sites across Stevenage and nearby locations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a ground worker and/or fencer
- Valid UK driving license and willingness to drive regularly
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
