Are you an experienced Private Client Lawyer looking to take your career to the next level? Our client, a dynamic and progressive law firm based in Stone, Buckinghamshire, is seeking a dedicated Private Client Lawyer to join our friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity for legal professionals with approximately 3-4 years PQE or more experienced our client interested in flexible working arrangements.

Salary: Competitive (Dependent on Experience)
Contract Length: 2 years (with potential for extension)
Candidate Responsibilities as a Private Client Lawyer:
- Drafting and reviewing Wills and Trusts
- Administering Estates and Probate matters
- Managing Court of Protection cases and LPAs
- Providing inheritance tax planning advice
- Drafting Deeds of Variation
- Handling contentious probate cases
- Acting on Trust matters and Court applications
Your role will involve managing your own caseload efficiently while maintaining high standards of service, providing clear legal advice, and building lasting client relationships. You should be confident, proactive, and empathetic, with outstanding communication and organizational skills.

What We're Looking For:
- 3-4 years PQE or more experienced Private Solicitor
- Confident in handling own caseload with excellent time management
- Strong drafting and advisory skills in Wills, Estates, Trusts, and Probate
- Approachable, empathetic, and client-focused attitude
- IT proficiency including Outlook, Word, and Excel
