About the Role – Commercial Property Paralegal
As a Commercial Property Paralegal , you will be supporting a team involved in complex and varied commercial property transactions. Your responsibilities will include assisting on the full transaction lifecycle, conducting legal research, preparing documentation, and liaising with clients and other stakeholders. You’ll work alongside a team structured similarly to a project team, with a partner leading the client relationship, supported by an associate, a solicitor (the role to fill), and legal assistants.

- Assist in drafting and preparing contracts, agreements, and legal documents
