About the Senior Social Worker - Adults Role
As a Senior Social Worker - Adults - Social Care Qualified , your primary responsibility will be to provide expert social care assessment, planning, and support to adults within the community. You will be instrumental in promoting independence and safeguarding vulnerable adults, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored care plans.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Conducting detailed assessments of adult clients’ needs
- Developing and implementing individual care plans
- Providing advice and support to service users and their families
- Ensuring compliance with safeguarding procedures and social care standards
- Working collaboratively with external agencies and healthcare professionals
- Maintaining accurate and timely case documentation
This Senior Social Worker - Adults role requires someone who is proactive, compassionate, and possesses strong organizational skills. The position is initially for 2 weeks, with a requirement to start as soon as possible, and entails 2 days working in the office, providing an excellent balance of community and office-based work.
