Are you an experienced Repairs Surveyor seeking a challenging contract role? We are currently recruiting a Repairs Surveyor for a two-week assignment, offering an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic team environment. This Repairs Surveyor position will focus on surveying properties for Birmingham City Council residents, raising work orders, and monitoring project progress.

The Repairs Surveyor role requires familiarity with building surveying, repairs, and housing maintenance, ensuring all inspections and assessments are thorough and accurate. You should be comfortable working both remotely and in-office, with designated office days on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Your expertise in damp and mould issues and understanding of asbestos protocols will be essential to success in this role.
