About the Role
As a Void Cleaner, your primary responsibility will be ensuring that vacant properties are spotless, safe, and ready for incoming residents. You will work closely with the property and trades teams to deliver expert cleaning services across various residential properties within the Redhill area. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and capable of working independently, with a flexible approach to their workload.
Key Responsibilities of the Void Cleaner Role:
- Carry out general cleaning duties in empty residential properties
- Sweep, hoover, mop, dust, and polish surfaces to a high standard
- Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, and other areas to ensure properties are move-in ready
- Use cleaning equipment and materials in accordance with health and safety guidelines
- Record work completed and materials used accurately using handheld IT devices
- Collaborate with trades and property teams to meet deadlines
- Manage workloads efficiently while adapting to changing priorities
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience in domestic, commercial, or housing environments
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks
- Flexible approach and team-oriented attitude
- Reliable, hardworking, and committed to quality cleaning services
- Full, clean UK driving license
- Willingness to undergo DBS clearance
