Service Care Solutions is working in partnership with Legal 500 company , based in Solihull , which is looking to appoint an experienced Private Client Solicitor (3–5 years PQE) to join its growing Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor, CILEX professional or equivalent looking to develop their career within a supportive, high-performing team.
Role: Private Client Solicitor
Location: Solihull
Salary: £55,000 to £75,000
The Role
- Advise a diverse client base across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious Private Client matters from start to completion.
- Liaise with financial advisers, accountants and other professional advisers.
- Supporting business development through networking and relationship building.
Key Requirements
- 3–5 years’ PQE in Private Client Law as a Solicitor, legal executive or barrister within a UK law firm.
- STEP qualification is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of trusts, estate administration, wills, LPAs and Court of Protection matters.
- The motivation to develop professionally and contribute to business development.
