Position: Building Surveyor
This Building Surveyor role is vital in delivering building design, contractual, and communication solutions across various projects. The contract is set for 2 weeks, with an hourly pay rate of £36 (Ltd). The successful candidate will be based primarily at our North Area Office in North our client, although some travel to other locations may be required.
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Conduct building surveys and inspections efficiently and accurately
- Assist with building design and renovation projects
- Manage contractual documentation and liaise with stakeholders effectively
- Use AutoCAD for drawing and design work
- Communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and team members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Contribute to project delivery within set deadlines
Candidate Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Building Surveyor
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and building design
- Strong contractual and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within the North our client area and beyond if needed
