Candidate Responsibilities for the Pensions Payroll Administrator
As a Pensions Payroll Administrator, your core responsibilities will include:
- Supporting User-Acceptance Testing (UAT), parallel runs, and testing cycles for the SAP payroll system implementation
- Managing end-to-end project tasks such as process mapping, documentation, validation, and reconciliations
- Supporting configuration updates and system changes to facilitate the go-live process
- Providing ongoing support during the go-live phase, ensuring seamless system operation
- Coordinating with stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT, and system integrators to facilitate communication and resolve issues efficiently
Candidate Requirements for the Pensions Payroll Administrator
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Strong payroll systems knowledge, with a focus on SAP payroll system
- Hands-on experience supporting payroll implementations, including testing phases like UAT and parallel runs
