Role: Senior Residential Support Worker
Location: Lancaster, Lancashire – LA1
Key responsibilities:
- Providing safe, nurturing and consistent care.
- Supporting children with their individual needs and care plans.
- Building positive relationships and encouraging positive outcomes.
- Supporting safeguarding and risk management.
- Taking a senior role within the residential team.
- Supporting and mentoring other staff.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Working alongside social workers, families and other professionals.
- Promoting a positive and child-centred environment.
We're looking for an experienced children's residential professional with the confidence, communication skills and commitment required to operate at senior level.
