Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a Top 100 UK law firm to recruit an experienced Private Client Partner to join their growing Manchester office. This is an excellent opportunity for an established Private Client professional to join a highly regarded, full-service law firm with a strong presence across the North of England and a growing Manchester practice. The firm's Private Client practice has been recognised for its strength across personal tax, trusts and probate, with particular experience in complex wills, succession planning, inheritance tax and Court of Protection matters. The Manchester office is also experiencing significant growth, with the firm reporting 42% revenue growth in Manchester in its latest financial year, while Private Client was identified as one of its particularly strong-performing departments.
Salary: £90,000–£130,000 per annum, depending on experience Location: Manchester/Hybrid
Key Responsibilities as a Private Client Partner:
- Managing a varied and complex caseload of Private Client matters.
- Advising high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, business owners and family estates.
- Providing specialist advice on wills, trusts, probate and estate administration.
- Advising clients on inheritance tax, estate and succession planning.
- Handling complex and high-value Private Client matters and developing long-term client relationships.
- Working closely with colleagues across the firm's wider legal teams to provide a full-service offering to clients.
About You as a Private Client Partner:
- Qualified as a Solicitor with significant experience in Private Client law.
- Strong technical experience across wills, trusts, probate, inheritance tax and succession planning.
- Experience advising high-net-worth individuals, business owners, entrepreneurs and/or landed estates would be advantageous.
- A strong track record of developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Commercially minded with an ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a wider multidisciplinary legal team.
- A strong interest in contributing to the continued growth of a successful Private Client practice.
