Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected law firm in Hartlepool for a qualified Residential Conveyancer to join their team on a permanent basis. Title: Residential Conveyancer Location: Hartlepool Salary: £30,000 – £50,000 per annum, depending on experience Contract: Permanent This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Conveyancer to join a reputable law firm, managing a varied residential property caseload and delivering a high standard of service to clients throughout the conveyancing process. The successful candidate will be confident managing their own caseload, communicating effectively with clients and other parties, and ensuring transactions progress efficiently from instruction through to completion.
Responsibilities as a Residential Conveyancer
- Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
- Deal with remortgages, transfers of equity and other residential property matters.
- Undertake property searches, review title documents and raise and respond to enquiries.
- Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds and other relevant legal documentation.
About you as a Residential Conveyancer
- You must be qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive with relevant residential conveyancing experience.
- Experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload independently.
- A strong understanding of the residential property transaction process.
- A proactive and professional approach to working within a busy legal team.
