Responsibilities of the Operations Manager
- Managing responsive repairs with a team of 12 tradespeople
- Coordinating pest control, damp, and mould remediation projects
- Supporting Phase 2 of Awaabs Law across the North East
- Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations
- Working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality service
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the team
- Managing daily operations and resolving any arising issues promptly
- Building strong relationships with tradesmen, clients, and internal teams
The ideal Operations Manager will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience in managing trade teams and handling responsive repairs or environmental health issues is highly desirable.
