Handyperson / Handyman - Kent Prison Sites £225/day - Kent, Multiple Sites - Immediate Start
We're working with an established, not-for-profit facilities maintenance provider delivering services across the UK prison estate, recruiting Handypersons for multiple Kent locations.
Pay: £225 per day, negotiable depending on experience.
Job type: Temporary/contract
Locations: HMP Swaleside, HMP Elmley, HMP Rochester, HMP Maidstone
What you'll be doing:
- General building fabric maintenance - a varied mix of minor repairs across plumbing, carpentry, decorating and general upkeep.
What we're looking for:
- Multi-skilled maintenance background; relevant NVQ/City & Guilds and CSCS card preferred
- Existing, current prison clearance - essential
- Comfortable working within a secure custodial environment
- Flexible on site for candidates open to travelling between locations.
