Senior Social Worker - Key Responsibilities
- Conducting thorough adult assessments to determine individual needs
- Developing and implementing relevant care plans to support client independence
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care services
- Providing expert advice and guidance to junior team members
- Ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies and legal frameworks
- Maintaining accurate and detailed case records
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to service improvement initiatives
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in adult assessment and care management
- Strong understanding of social work principles and legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage a demanding caseload efficiently
- Registration with the HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council)
