Title – Legal Secretary (Litigation)
Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected law firm in Beverley for a Legal Secretary to join their busy team on a permanent basis.

Salary
£25,000 - £27,000 per annum DOE
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary, ideally with a background in Litigation, to join a supportive and professional firm where you will play a key role in supporting fee earners and ensuring the smooth running of the department.
Key Responsibilities as a Legal Secretary
- Provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to solicitors and fee earners
- Prepare, format, amend, and maintain legal documents, correspondence, and case files
- Manage solicitors' diaries, arrange appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and time recording processes
- Support the onboarding of new clients, including AML and compliance checks
- Liaise with clients professionally via telephone, email, and face-to-face meetings
About you as a Legal Secretary
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Legal Secretary
- Previous Litigation experience is highly desirable
- Excellent typing and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
