Multi Trade Carpenter – Bracknell
Service Care Solutions is recruiting an experienced Multi Trade Carpenter to join a busy housing maintenance team in Bracknell, Berkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Multi Trade Carpenter with a strong carpentry background and experience in property maintenance.
The role involves working across occupied and void social housing properties, completing high-quality repairs while providing excellent customer service. You will work independently, manage your daily workload and represent the client professionally.
Multi Trade Carpenter Responsibilities
- Complete general carpentry repairs and maintenance.
- Repair and replace doors, door frames, skirting boards and kitchen units.
- Carry out basic plumbing, plastering, tiling and decorating tasks.
- Undertake responsive repairs in occupied properties.
- Complete all work to a high standard and within required timescales.
- Maintain good communication with residents, colleagues and management.
- Manage daily workloads effectively while working independently.
Multi Trade Carpenter Requirements
- Proven experience as a Multi Trade Carpenter, Carpenter or Joiner.
- Strong carpentry and general property maintenance skills.
- Experience in social housing or domestic repairs is preferred.
- Competence in additional trade disciplines, including basic plumbing, plastering, tiling or decorating.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver consistent workmanship.
Multi Trade Carpenter Pay and Benefits
- £25.00 per hour via Umbrella.
- 40 hours per week.
