We are currently seeking a dedicated Social Worker Safeguarding to join our team on a short-term contract basis in Daventry. Candidate Responsibilities for Social Worker Safeguarding
- Conducting safeguarding assessments and investigations for children at risk
- Collaborating with multi-agency teams to develop tailored safeguarding plans
- Attending team meetings, case reviews, and court proceedings as necessary
- Maintaining accurate, detailed case records in accordance with statutory guidelines
- Ensuring compliance with all safeguarding policies and procedures
- Supporting children and families to promote their well-being and safety
- Providing expert advice to colleagues on safeguarding issues
You should be proactive, able to work independently, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with children, families, and partner agencies.
