A leading and growing legal team based in Stoke is seeking a talented Corporate Solicitor with a minimum of 1 years' post-qualified experience. This permanent opportunity offers the chance to join a highly regarded Corporate team and work with a varied client base, including owner-managed businesses, SMEs and larger corporate organisations. The successful Corporate Solicitor will manage their own caseload while supporting experienced colleagues on complex transactions. You will work in a collaborative environment, build strong client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the team.

Corporate Solicitor - Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of corporate matters from initial instruction through to completion.
• Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, business sales and purchases.
• Handle company formations, restructures and corporate reorganisations.
• Draft and negotiate shareholder agreements and other commercial documentation.
• Provide corporate governance and general company law advice.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm to deliver excellent client service.
• Contribute to business development, networking and marketing initiatives.

Corporate Solicitor - Candidate Profile

• Qualified solicitor with at least 1 years' PQE in Corporate law.
• Experience managing your own matters and caseload.
• Practical experience advising on mergers, acquisitions, business sales and purchases.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent relationship-building abilities and a client-focused attitude.
• The confidence to contribute to business development and networking.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a supportive team.
