Commercial Property Paralegal – East London
Salary: £25,000 to £35,000 (DOE and interview performance)
Office‑based position with a genuine pathway for progression and a training contract.
Responsibilities
- Assist fee earners with commercial real estate transactions.
- Draft and prepare legal documents and correspondence.
- Carry out property searches and review title documentation.
- Manage completions, registrations and post‑completion matters.
Qualifications
- Law-related qualification (LPC, LLM or LLB).
- Previous experience in commercial property – essential.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
