About the Role:
As a Housing Litigation Solicitor , you will be responsible for managing and progressing a range of housing litigation cases. Your duties will include advising clients, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court or tribunal proceedings. This role requires strong knowledge of housing law and previous experience handling relevant cases.
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Managing a busy caseload of housing litigation matters
- Providing expert legal advice to clients on housing disputes
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents and correspondence
- Representing clients in court, tribunals, and settlement negotiations
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
- Collaborating with other legal professionals and stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate case records and documentation
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with experience in housing law
- Strong understanding of housing regulations and legal procedures

Salary / Pay Rate
This is a contract role, paid on a daily basis, with a generous £250 training allowance included.
