Job Title: Financial Planner
Location: North London/Essex
Salary: £50,000 - £200,000 DOE and portfolio
Service Care are delighted to be working with a returning client of ours who, due to expansion, are looking for a Financial Planner to join their team. You will have a transferable book of clients, which you will receive a fee for and continue to service these clients whilst growing your own book either organically or from retiring IFAs.
What you will be doing:
- Deliver high-quality, holistic financial planning advice to new and existing clients.
- Conduct client review meetings and maintain regular contact with clients.
- Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes through ongoing financial planning.
- Generate new business opportunities through personal relationships, networking and professional connections.
- Build relationships with key centres of influence including accountants, solicitors and other professional introducers.
- Demonstrate a track record of growing assets under management and recurring revenue through client acquisition and relationship development.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries.
- Utilise approved financial planning tools and research systems to support recommendations.
- Ensure all advice recommendations meet quality and suitability standards.
What you will have:
- Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4) or equivalent
- Minimum three years' experience providing regulated financial advice.
- Proven ability to develop and grow client relationships.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving new business and revenue targets.
- Experience advising on pensions, investments and retirement planning.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Ability to work independently and manage a portfolio of clients effectively.
- Well-established professional network with evidence of generating referrals and introductions.

- Base salary £50,000 - £200,000 depending on experience and value of portfolio
