Role: Deputy Manager - Assessments Home
Location: Lutterworth, Leicestershire - LE17
We're looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to support the leadership of an assessments-focused children's residential service in Lutterworth.
Working closely with the Registered Manager, you'll play an important role in maintaining high standards of care while supporting and developing the residential team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the home.
- Providing leadership and guidance to the staff team.
- Promoting excellent standards of safeguarding and care.
- Supporting staff supervision and development.
- Monitoring records, care plans and children's outcomes.
- Supporting compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Working with social workers and other professionals.
- Acting as a positive role model for the wider team.
- Supporting the Registered Manager in maintaining a strong culture within the home.
We're keen to speak with experienced senior children's residential professionals ready to step into, or progress within, a Deputy Manager position.
