Location: Bracknell, Berkshire Pay: £25.00 per hour (Umbrella) Hours: 40 hours per week Contract: 12 Weeks Temp-to-Perm Benefits: Company Van Provided
Job Description We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trade Operative (Carpentry Bias) to join a busy housing maintenance team covering Bracknell and the surrounding areas. The successful candidate will carry out repairs and maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties, delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out general carpentry repairs and maintenance.
- Repairing and replacing doors, frames, skirting boards and kitchen units.
- Completing basic plumbing, plastering, tiling and decorating tasks.
- Undertaking responsive repairs in occupied properties.
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
- Working independently and managing daily workloads.
Requirements
- Proven experience in carpentry and general property maintenance.
- Previous experience in social housing or domestic repairs preferred.
- Competence in additional trades.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently.
