Candidate Responsibilities
As an ASC Mental Health Senior Social Worker , your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering urgent mental health assessments and interventions
- Providing practice leadership and support to junior staff
- Managing risk assessments and safeguarding concerns
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for service users
- Documenting and updating case records and reports accurately
- Supporting team colleagues with complex case management
- Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and legislation
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Social Worker (Social Worker)
- Extensive experience within mental health settings
- Proven ability to provide urgent care and practice leadership
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, demanding environment
- 3 years of relevant reference checked experience
- Relevant qualifications as per JDPS standards
