Enfield Youth Justice Service is a partnership striving for excellence, and we’re looking for dedicated Youth Justice Officers to join our high-performing, multi-disciplinary team. Key Responsibilities: Write high-quality PSR, Referral Order, and Breach reports. Conduct thorough assessments using AssetPlus and provide detailed risk analysis. Deliver interventions aimed at reducing re-offending and managing harm. Safeguard young people and manage risks to the community effectively. Collaborate closely with partner agencies and monitor practice and processes. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Youth Justice Service or as a qualified Probation Officer. Strong knowledge of risk assessment and management. Skilled in delivering interventions using sequencing methods. Ability to work occasional weekends/unsocial hours as needed.
