Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a respected and well-established charity organisation delivering specialist support services for young people affected by substance misuse, emotional wellbeing and risk-taking behaviours. The organisation works closely with schools, youth settings, safeguarding teams and local partner agencies to improve outcomes for vulnerable young people and their families.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Young Person's Recovery Practitioner to support children and young people affected by drug and alcohol misuse, emotional wellbeing concerns and associated risk-taking behaviours. The successful candidate will deliver early intervention, prevention and recovery-focused support within schools, community settings and outreach environments. This rewarding opportunity would suit a practitioner with experience supporting young people and families within substance misuse, youth work, safeguarding or emotional wellbeing services.
