The Role:
- You will manage a varied caseload including, but not limited to:
- Solvent restructurings
- Shareholders' agreements
- Commercial contracts
- Terms and conditions
- Joint ventures
- Partnership agreements
- Mergers and acquisition / Corporate finance
- General company commercial matters
About You:
- A motivated and ambitious Company Commercial Lawyer 1 year+ PQE in England and Wales.
- Commercially aware with excellent client care skills.
- Able to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment.
