This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven social enterprise that empowers people to achieve positive change in their lives. About Them: Our client delivers employment, health, and justice contracts across the North of England. They focus on supporting individuals to develop their strengths and make meaningful progress in employment, health, and well-being. They welcome applications for full-time and part-time roles. Some evening or weekend work may be required, with details discussed during the interview. Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of participants voluntarily engaging with the programme. Conduct Work and Health Assessment meetings (in person and online). Provide tailored support for employment goals, including benefits advice and mental health disclosures. Create and implement Action Plans to help participants achieve and sustain employment. Connect with local employers to uncover job opportunities, both advertised and hidden. Collaborate with local partners, clinical teams, and social services to meet participants’ needs. Educate and support employers with return-to-work strategies and job retention solutions.
