Service Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a highly respected regional law firm, recognised in the Legal 500 and Chambers Guide, for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team in Kidderminster. You’ll be joining a firm known for its supportive culture, long-term career development and high-quality work.
Responsibilities
- Development matters including site acquisitions.
- Sales, purchases and leases of commercial property.
- Non-contentious landlord and tenant work.
- Drafting and negotiating leases, licences and agreements.
- Property finance and development transactions.
- Title investigations and due diligence.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (2–5 years’ PQE).
- Experience in commercial property transactions and leases.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £45,000 to £60,000
- 25 days’ holiday + Christmas shutdown + Bank Holidays
