Contract: 16 weeks minimum term contract
Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
Pay Rate: £14.10 per hour PAYE exclusive / £18.62 per hour Umbrella
About the Role: This role exists to protect the integrity of workforce establishment data that directly informs financial planning, operational resourcing, and national reporting. You will ensure organisational structure data is accurate, controlled, and compliant while acting as a key point of expertise across the Constabulary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update organisational structure data across workforce systems
- Allocate staff to correct posts and ensure alignment with approved structures
- Audit establishment data regularly, identifying discrepancies and fixing them
- Act as the go-to expert for establishment queries across the organisation
- Challenge and validate change requests—this is not a passive data entry role
- Manage a high-volume mailbox, responding to requests accurately and on time
- Work closely with HR, Finance, and Workforce Planning to align data and decisions
- Support organisational change by ensuring data reflects real-world structures
