THE ROLE
- Coordinate and allocate referrals to the appropriate services
- Organise work schedules for the Wellbeing Team
- Maintain and update administrative records and databases
- Liaise with statutory, voluntary, and third-sector organisations
- Identify appropriate interventions, including assistive technology and telecare
- Provide information, advice, and signposting to relevant services
- Support the delivery of practical services such as Home Hazard Assessments and Handyperson services
THE CANDIDATE
- Previous experience in a similar role, working with vulnerable people in a social housing or care sector setting
- NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Housing, Health and Social Care, or equivalent experience
- Experience in coordinating referrals and service allocations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
THE CONTRACT
- 35 Hours, Monday to Friday
- 9-Month Contract
- The pay for the role is £16.90 per hour LTD company rate. The PAYE equivalent is £14.41 per hour, inclusive of holiday.
