Test Lead | £80,000 | Remote UK | Permanent
Service Care Solutions is recruiting a Test Lead for a leading UK digital mental health provider. You will define and drive the quality and test automation strategy across engineering teams, helping deliver safe, reliable software that improves access to care. This is a fully remote role, and Service Care Solutions will guide you through every stage of the process.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead an organisation wide test automation strategy
- Build scalable, reusable frameworks using tools such as Playwright, Jest and pytest
- Embed automated testing within CI/CD pipelines
- Coach and mentor testers and engineers on quality practice
- Report on defects, risk and release readiness to senior stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience leading testing or QA in an agile software environment
- Strong hands on automation experience with modern frameworks
- Experience with API testing, CI/CD and cloud platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Healthcare, NHS or regulated sector experience desirable
- Must reside in the UK
