Locum Spirometry Nurse Required in Telford

Service Care Solutions are recruiting an experienced Practice Nurse / Respiratory Nurse to support a GP Practice with Spirometry clinics on a locum basis, based in GP Surgeries in Telford.

Contract: Locum - Adhoc Bookings

Location: Telford

Hours: 9am-5pm (30 min break)

Rate: £32 LTD p.h / £28 PAYE Inclusive p.h + £150 Welcome Bonus paid after 150hrs worked

The suitable candidate must be on the Spirometry Register.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Delivering Spirometry assessments in line with current ARTP and NHS guidance
  • Supporting the diagnosis and monitoring of respiratory conditions, including Asthma and COPD
  • Accurately recording results and updating patient records
  • Providing patient education and advice regarding respiratory health
  • Working collaboratively with GPs and the wider multidisciplinary team

Essential Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration
  • Competent and experienced in performing Spirometry
  • Listed on the National Spirometry Register
  • Previous Primary Care or Respiratory Nursing experience
