Responsibilities
- Sourcing appropriate care packages to meet assessed needs
- Ensuring best value for money and effective use of resources
- Working closely with social care teams, commissioners, and providers
- Following agreed brokerage and procurement processes
- Managing a fast‑paced workload and meeting timescales

Qualifications
- NVQ/NC Level 4 (or equivalent experience)
