Service Care Solutions are currently working in partnership with a growing and ambitious law firm based in Stockport, which is seeking an experienced Housing Disrepair Solicitor to join its expanding legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor with at least 3 years' experience handling Housing Disrepair matters to join a firm that is experiencing significant growth and offers genuine career development opportunities. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of housing disrepair claims from inception through to resolution, while providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of Housing Disrepair matters, including pre-action and litigated claims.
