Location: Pirton, Worcester Pay Rate: £20.69 per hour Contract Type: Permanent Client: One of our long-established care partners Service Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of one of our established clients – a specialist nursing home based in Pirton, Worcester. This facility provides expert care to adults (18+) with a range of complex neurological conditions, including: Dementia Korsakoff’s Syndrome Huntington’s Disease Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Physical health conditions Challenging behaviours Forensic histories ? About the Role: You will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and supporting the team to ensure best practices are followed. Key Responsibilities: Promote and uphold the rights, dignity, and confidentiality of all patients. Act as a role model and provide leadership and direction to the care team. Support service users with professionalism and compassion. Ensure excellent communication—both written and verbal—within the team and wider organisation. Adhere to all organisational policies, procedures, and security protocols. ? Role Requirements: You must be a qualified nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD).
