Location: Chelmsford
Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 (DOE)
PQE: 2+ years
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with clients and professional referrers
- Advising individuals on employment disputes and workplace issues
- Supporting businesses with day‑to‑day employment and HR matters
- Contributing to team targets, KPIs, and business development activity
Qualifications:
