Service Care Legal are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading law firm in Chelmsford who are seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their expanding team.

Location: Chelmsford

Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 (DOE)

PQE: 2+ years

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with clients and professional referrers
  • Advising individuals on employment disputes and workplace issues
  • Supporting businesses with day‑to‑day employment and HR matters
  • Contributing to team targets, KPIs, and business development activity

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE in Employment Law
  • Strong technical knowledge and a commercial approach to problem‑solving
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident client‑facing manner
  • Professional, ethical, and positive in a fast‑paced environment
