Service Care Solutions are looking for a motivated and ambitious Solicitor looking to develop their career within a leading litigation firm. This firm is seeking a talented Solicitor β EL/PL & Clinical Negligence to join their dynamic team in Glasgow. About the Role:
As a Solicitor β EL/PL & Clinical Negligence, you will manage a diverse caseload of personal injury claims, primarily relating to employers/public liability and medical negligence cases. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary dependent on experience. You will work under the supervision of partners, contributing to a firm known for providing exemplary legal services with a caring approach.
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of EL/PL and medical negligence claims efficiently
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal developments
- Work autonomously, ensuring all case documentation and deadlines are met

Candidate Skills & Experience:
- Qualified solicitor with a solid traineeship and/or up to 3 years PQE in personal injury litigation
