About the Role – Social Worker (Adults)
As a Social Worker (Adults), you will be instrumental in assessing, planning, and providing essential support to adults in need within our community. Candidate Responsibilities – Social Worker (Adults)
Conduct comprehensive assessments of adults\’ social care needs.
Develop tailored care plans in collaboration with service users and their families.
Provide advice and advocacy to ensure individuals access appropriate services.
Liaise with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies.
Maintain accurate and timely case records in compliance with policies.
Support and empower adults to achieve greater independence.
Attend multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to care reviews.
Ensure all safeguarding procedures are followed diligently.
Complete and update documentation regarding DBS checks and compliance, including identifying the correct level of DBS (Enhanced – including barred for both children’s and adults, as required).Benefits of the Role
Competitive pay rate 37.03 Ltd inclusive of holiday pay or 28.92 PAYE excluding holiday pay
Contract length of 3 months providing stability and ongoing professional development.
