SALARY: £70,000 to £85,000 per annum
The Role:
- Manage a varied commercial real estate caseload from instruction through to completion.
- Advise clients on acquisitions, disposals, development, leasing, estate management, and property finance matters.
- Work closely with partners, clients, and junior team members on transactional matters.
The Person:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 4–6 years’ PQE in commercial real estate.
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication, client management, and organisational skills.
- A proactive and team-oriented approach, with the ability to support and supervise junior colleagues.
- A modest client following would be advantageous, but is not essential.
