This is an excellent opportunity for someone with facilities, maintenance, or site supervision experience looking for a temporary role within an educational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations
- Ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with compliance standards
- Conducting routine compliance testing and checks
- Carrying out general maintenance duties across the site
- Supervising contractors and monitoring quality of work
- Ensuring contractors adhere to schedules and site procedures
- Acting as the main point of contact on site
- Maintaining site standards and resolving issues promptly
Requirements
- Previous site supervision, caretaking, or facilities experience preferred
- Good understanding of health and safety and compliance procedures
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage site priorities effectively
- Reliable and proactive approach to work
- Enhanced DBS check required
