Service Care Solutions is working with a leading Legal 500 law firm, based in the West Midlands, which is looking for a Contentious Probate Solicitor to join their growing Contentious Probate Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an NQ–1 PQE solicitor with a genuine interest in civil litigation and contentious probate to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of civil litigation matters including: will challenges; inheritance claims; executor disputes and estate administration issues.
  • Drafting legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and witness statements.
  • Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients at all stages of litigation.
