Service Care Solutions is working with a forward-thinking local authority, based in Devon, who are seeking a Senior Lawyer to join their Planning and Litigation team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality legal services to the council and a National Park Authority.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on a broad spectrum of highways and public right of way matters, including enforcement and statutory processes.
- Handle a mixed caseload covering both civil and criminal litigation.
- Support and mentor junior members of the team.
