Senior IFA Administrator

Service Care Solutions are delighted to be working with a growing firm as they look to recruit a Senior Financial Services Administrator to join their team. This is the ideal opportunity for someone who has prior experience in a similar role and is looking to mentor junior members of staff. What you will be doing:

• Managing and maintaining client account records, ensuring all documentation is accurate, up to date, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Preparing and reviewing reports, statements, and other documentation for management and regulatory bodies.
• Monitoring and reviewing daily operational activities to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement, escalating issues as appropriate.
• Processing transactions, fund transfers, and other account activities, adhering to internal controls and quality standards.
• Coordinating with financial advisors, relationship managers, and clients to facilitate the smooth delivery of financial services.
• Providing mentoring and guidance to junior administrators, promoting best practice and professional development.
• Other ad hoc duties as and when required

What you will have:

• Previous experience within an IFA Administrator role
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in relevant IT systems and software, including financial databases and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

In return you will receive:

• Base salary of £25,000 - £30,000
