The company is looking to recruit a Senior Employment Solicitor at a Senior or Managing Associate level. This is an exceptional opportunity to join the company’s top-tier Employment team, recognised nationally for its expertise and client relationships across key sectors including retail & consumer, private equity, developer, and energy & infrastructure.
Location: Bristol, Exeter or Southampton (Hybrid)
Working Pattern: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work, including tribunal claims, strategic advisory matters, transactional support, and employee relations advice.
- Work closely with clients across the firm’s core sectors, providing pragmatic, commercially driven solutions.
- Lead business development initiatives, nurturing existing client relationships and securing new opportunities.
