Service Care Solutions is delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded law firm, based in Warwickshire, which is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Employment Solicitor to establish and lead a new specialist Employment Law Department.
Role: Senior Employment Solicitor
Location: Warwick
Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Hybrid
Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
- Establishing and developing a new employment law team.
- Recruiting, supervising and mentoring junior solicitors and paralegals.
- Developing strong client relationships and contributing to the firm's continued growth.
Key Requirements
- Be a qualified Solicitor (in England and Wales) with at least 4 years' PQE in employment law.
- Strong technical knowledge across a range of employment matters.
- Experience managing your own caseload and supervising junior colleagues.
