This role pays a competitive rate of: Umbrella rate - £65-£70 per hour depending on experience PAYE (Inc.
Hol) - £57.68 - £62.07 per hour This role is on a contract basis for 6 months but has potential to extend and is FULLY REMOTE .
Responsibilities as a Senior Commercial Contracts Solicitor Manage a varied and complex caseload of commercial contracts and procurement matters.
Provide high-quality legal advice and support to internal departments, senior officers and stakeholders.
Draft, review, negotiate and advise on a wide range of commercial agreements and contracts.
Advise on procurement processes, contractual arrangements and associated legal risks.
