ARCH Finance are offering a great opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join an established team, based in Preston. The role will be office based and full time with the option of one remote working day after a successful probation period.

In your role as Sales Administrator, you will hit the ground running. Self-motivation with the ability to work on your own initiative, whilst supported by a large and friendly team is a must. You will have a real passion for helping a business grow and providing the best customer service possible to both internal and external stakeholders. You will be driven and have a real desire for customer resolution.

Your role will involve:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Outbound calls to prospective customers with a view to engaging them to utilise our service.
  • Helping manage the Arch Finance mailboxes (Outlook) for both the sign-up and payroll teams.
  • Client and candidate engagement via all communication channels
  • Assist with compliance, ensuring all relevant information is up to date
  • Assist with payroll processes and support with payroll related tasks when required.
  • Supporting the Line Manager when directed or in his/her absence
  • Dealing with account enquiries/record keeping on company CRM systems and payroll software.
  • Achieving KPIs and call figures
  • Administrative tasks across the wider group as and when required.
