Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a well-known professional law firm based in Manchester, which is in need of a RTA / ELPL Litigation Fee Earner. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of pre and post litigated EL/PL/RTA files. Previous experience of handling your own caseload is essential and should be confident in all aspects of litigation. The firm is open to individuals with 4 years PQE (Solicitor or Cilex) and extensive ELPL litigation experience. They can pay a salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum depending upon experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake discussions and negotiations with Insured, Insurer and Third-Party Solicitors to pursue the rapid and appropriate settlement of cases and the apportionment of costs.
- Review liability, damages, and evidence.
- Assess liability disputes and issue Court proceedings as appropriate.
- Undertake Court Telephone Hearings to ensure progress is maximised and all actions have been undertaken to bring the case to settlement.
